Muthanandam Santhosh is a New York University–trained public health professional specialising in epidemiology, healthcare strategy, and medical research consulting. His work integrates scientific research, data-driven insights, and strategic healthcare marketing to support clinicians, researchers, and healthcare organisations in building strong academic and professional positioning. With experience across public health research, scientific publications, and healthcare advisory, he focuses on translating evidence into actionable strategy for clinical and research environments. His expertise includes research design, data interpretation, publication strategy, and healthcare brand development. At Biovate Consultancy, Santhosh leads global consulting engagements across research advisory, healthcare marketing strategy, and professional growth consulting. His approach combines analytical rigour, structured execution, and strategic positioning to help healthcare professionals and organisations strengthen their academic, clinical, and professional impact.
Maitree Srinidhi, MS (Epidemiology – NYU)
Epidemiologist & Scientific Communications Lead
Maitree Srinidhi is a NYU-trained epidemiologist whose work bridges clinical research, advanced statistical analysis, and scientific communication. Her professional journey began in hospital-based clinical research settings, where she gained firsthand experience with patient-level data, regulatory workflows, and applied healthcare research. During her graduate training in epidemiology, she developed strong expertise in complex statistical analysis, working with large national health surveys, environmental exposure datasets, and real-world clinical data using multivariable and generalized regression models and applied quantitative methods. As Co-Founder of Biovate Consultancy, Maitree leads research translation and scientific communications while also contributing directly to study design, advanced data analysis, and result interpretation, ensuring that complex analyses are transformed into clear, methodologically rigorous, and publication-ready research outputs aligned with international journal standards.

Senior Research Consultant
Dr. Reshma Rajendran is a physician and public health professional with advanced training in Epidemiology and Health Policy from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. She brings a clinically grounded and population-focused perspective to healthcare data analytics and research strategy. Her work includes the analysis of large-scale health datasets, observational research, and outcomes-driven studies designed to inform decision-making and strengthen healthcare systems. She has contributed to systematic reviews and policy-oriented research, ensuring methodological integrity and evidence clarity. Dr. Reshma’s expertise bridges clinical insight, epidemiologic methodology, and strategic implementation, supporting evidence-driven healthcare advancement.
Aarnavi M K
Junior Admin & Operations Intern
Aarnavi supports operational systems, documentation workflows, and project coordination across Biovate’s consulting engagements. Her role focuses on maintaining structured internal processes, organised communication channels, and efficient workflow execution that enable seamless project delivery. With academic interests in business administration and analytics, she is gaining practical experience in startup operations and consulting coordination within a global advisory environment. Aarnavi is also a trained yoga instructor, reflecting discipline, focus, and a balanced approach to professional development.
