Dr. Muthanandam Santhosh Ashok, BDS, MPH (Epidemiology – NYU)
Founder | Lead Epidemiologist & Data Analyst
Dr. Muthanandam Santhosh Ashok is a NYU-trained epidemiologist whose work is rooted in his clinical background in dentistry. Beginning his career as a practicing dentist, he developed a strong interest in research questions emerging from clinical care, oral health outcomes, and environmental exposures affecting population health. This clinical foundation informs his approach to epidemiologic research, allowing him to bridge dental practice, public health, and data-driven investigation. Through advanced training in epidemiology, he has led complex analytical work involving observational study design, survey-weighted and generalized regression models, environmental exposure assessment, and geospatial risk mapping. As Founder of Biovate Consultancy, Dr. Santhosh leads methodological strategy and advanced data analysis, ensuring that research projects, particularly in dental, clinical, and environmental health domains, are grounded in clinical relevance, epidemiologic rigor, and reproducible analytical workflows.
Maitree Srinidhi, MS (Epidemiology – NYU)
Co-Founder | Epidemiologist & Scientific Communications Lead
Maitree Srinidhi is a NYU-trained epidemiologist whose work bridges clinical research, advanced statistical analysis, and scientific communication. Her professional journey began in hospital-based clinical research settings, where she gained firsthand experience with patient-level data, regulatory workflows, and applied healthcare research. During her graduate training in epidemiology, she developed strong expertise in complex statistical analysis, working with large national health surveys, environmental exposure datasets, and real-world clinical data using multivariable and generalized regression models and applied quantitative methods. As Co-Founder of Biovate Consultancy, Maitree leads research translation and scientific communications while also contributing directly to study design, advanced data analysis, and result interpretation, ensuring that complex analyses are transformed into clear, methodologically rigorous, and publication-ready research outputs aligned with international journal standards.
